I have dual sim on my iPhone. One is eSIM and the normal one. They are both working. But in my status bar I can see only normal sim provider. On my old iPhone it worked perfectly fine.
P.s. I am using iPhone 15 pro and 17.4.1 iOS

If you are having Dual SIM issues, then you should contact your Carrier(s), as they are the one who provide you with the service of configuring your SIM card.
