I have the AirPods Pro 2nd gen, and so far they’ve been fine but they suddenly will no longer mute on call. I checked the settings to make sure I still had it to tap once to mute and it was correct. All they do is beep three times. How do I fix this?

Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not towards the right.

Having never been corrected by the OP, it seems I misread this, all along. As I said: “There’s nothing auto-bottles about me”. So, any ways…

Yeah, to elaborate on this issue, my airpods make the sound as if they had muted and unmuted quickly. It doesn't matter which side it is on, or what settings you have. They worked perfectly fine before Apple rolled out one of the recent updates.
