Calls do not automatically use bluetooth headset

Hi everybody,

When I am watching youtube using my bluetooth connected headset on my iPhone, if I answer a call their voices sounds out of the iPhone. I have to hold the speaker button, and select bluetooth headset. This makes the start of calls a little awkward as I need a few seconds before I can answer. Can I adjust the settings so the phone auto uses the bluetooth if connected? Many thanks!
