Malware from malicious site on iPhone

Last week I was using my iPhone to look up a recipe. I was using Duck Duck Go from my iPhone XR and was still using iOS 16. I thought I had updates set automatically but apparently I did not. I clicked on a link that looked like a legitimate Wordpress with a recipe that I wanted. When I opened the link it was porn. It took me several seconds to get the page to close. I was so shocked and am now worried that I entered a hacked malicious site. Could I have gotten any malware/spyware from visiting this malicious site? I didn’t give them any personal information, just had the page open on my browser. I have since updated to the current iOS.
