I have Mac mini M1 16GB connected to Dell 32 inch screen using cable type-c.
After waking the Mac from sleep mode the display is wake but sometimes after few seconds the display shows black screen. Sometimes it fixes alone and resume to display and sometimes only after unplug and plug the cable again it will resume to show the display.
is someone had the same problem?

The other thing I would do, connect the display via HDMI or DisplayPort as USB-C interfaces sometimes have issues with desktop computers because the connection is general meant to provide power to a laptop. When connected via the USB-C cable, the computer and the display can often get confused as to what they should do.

Sleep is unnecessary and should be disabled. Shut for long absences/idle overnights (i.e. do not manual-sleep), and for regular operation, use the settings exactly as shown below (display off timer your choice), should fix.
