Email move suggestions no longer working on iPhone/iPad

This feature was working for years. Now for the past few upgrades, I spend time moving each message to its appropriate folder. There is no suggestion no matter how many emails I move. Am I missing a setting that activates the folder suggestion feature?

Putting Emails Into Folders Before the latest IOS update when I selected an email to move it would suggest a folder based on past emails moved to folders so I did not have to scroll down to find the folder I wanted. It no longer does this. Is there a setting that needs changed? or Did was this feature eliminated with the update?
