iMessage Notifications not notifying on phone

So I suppose this is an "ecosystem" problem, but I am having issues with text and iMessage notifications sounding on my phone (15 Pro Max). I also have an iMac and and MacBook Air, and I don't mind that they show up there when I'm using those devices, but when I'm not...text and iMessage notifications are still not sounding or lighting up my screen (I disabled always on display) despite my phone sitting next to me. I also have an Apple Watch, but I have always have that silenced, and this seems to have only been an issue the last 6 months or so.

I've tried resetting iMessage on my computers, and nothing seems to be working. Like I said, it's fine to get the notifications when I'm actually using my Macs...but it is a total crapshoot if I get them on my phone when I'm not using those devices.
