Safari won't play videos on brand new Iphone 15 Pro

When I first got my Iphone 15 Pro it was having issues with the internet as a whole. The first day it would struggle to load anything on Firefox or Safari; using WiFi or 5G. I rebooted it on the second day and everything was working, until I got home from work (switched WiFi networks) where Safari stopped working until I rebooted. Same thing today, I got to work and had to reboot my phone again.

Only on the first day did I have internet issues across the board, now it's just that Safari won't play videos on any platform until I reboot.

I've turned extensions on and off, I've fussed with all the settings that the internet has told me to and the only thing that works is rebooting my phone, but so far I've had to do that 3 times in 3 days.

In case it matters my old phone was an Iphone 6S
