How do I delete Exchange Email from iphone

My iphone keeps coming up with the message 'Enter the Password for Exchange account' several times. I put in the correct password and still get the same message over and over again. I have tried to remove the account with a view to reinstalling again, but this has been impossible. I looked up the topic on Apple Support Community and the measures suggested could not do it- that is <Settings-Profiles-Exchange-Delete>

I would be grateful if anyone has other suggestions. Thank you.
