Notes written with Apple Pencil disappearing

I write notes using the Apple Pencil on the notes app. Recently, I wrote a long page on the app, but the app suddenly quit. When I reopened the app, more than 80% of my written notes were erased–as I assume. This I have seen happen to me several time already, where my written notes disappear, but show up after a very long time. Does anyone else face a similar issue?

iOS Notes App - Pencil drawing tools disappear Hi all, I noticed the following behaviour and consider it a bug. How to proceed? Given I open a new note in the iOS notes app (ipad pro 2020) and I open the drawing tools [1] and I start to draw with the Pencil then the drawing tools stay open (as expected). When I close the drawing tools [2] and reopen them [1] then they disappear when I continue drawing with the Pencil then the drawing tools minimise as if the "Auto-minimise" option was active (but it is not). This prevent e.g. the usage of the ruler tool (it disapears with the drawing tools). Any idea how to appproach this? Can I file a bug report to Apple? Worth it? Thx! Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) lagging with prolonged use. Hello, why does the Apple Pencil lag if I use it for a while? I use my Apple Pencil primarily in the notes app, well ... taking notes and I always find that if I am taking lecture notes it the pencil will start to produce very noticeable input delays after using it for about 20 minutes or so; so about two pages of notes taken. I am using a 5th iPad Air and 2nd gen Apple Pencil. What confuses me most is that when the lag is large I will open another notes tab and sure enough, there is zero noticeable lag. swapping to another notes tab stops the issue. This is what confuses me, why is the notes app poorly optimised for Apple Pencil? I have not used any other app with note taking functionality so I have not been able to witness this being an issue for other applications.

Apple Notes Jumps to top of page while writing with apple pencil Hi guys! I was having an issue with my apple notes app randomly jumping to the top of the page while writing with the apple pencil. I don't recall the app doing this before, but did some digging around and discovered a solution. The 1st solution did not work for me as my zoom feature was already turned off but the second solution worked. So I wanted to post it here for anyone else having the same issue. 1) Settings > General > Accessibility > turn off "Zoom" OR 2) Settings > General > Accessibility > turn off "Follow Focus"
