How can I cancel my iTunes subscription and stop unauthorized charges?

İ would like to cancel my İtunes subscription. I don’t understand why it is withdrawing money from my card even though I am not using it nor confirming it. Please make sure that I am no longer subscribed and not billed for the subscription.
