Is Likewize a scam?

Hi, I’ve applied to the trade in for a gift card, the iPhone has been sent and received, the value was confirmed and I’ve never received the gift card.

From apple I don’t receive any kind of support as this is a service provided form a third party, Likewize doesn’t have any support contact.
