<EtreCheck Report Generated 04-18-2024.log>
This has been happening for about 6 months. The KP happens only upon startup. I did all the Apple Support call, and trip-to-the-store, advised tests/checks, including reinstalling the OS and completely erasing the HD and restoring data from a TM backup. I saved some, and sent in to Apple most all of, the KP reports. How do I CONFIRM – or establish – whether this is a (fixable) software problem or, say, the logic board has to be replaced. I'll attach today's EtreCheck report...
You installed a third party Anti-virus < Intego >
Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions

I would search for an official in-app uninstaller —if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…
Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support
Third party AntiVirus is not recommended— it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS and competes directly with Apple’s own built in security:
macOS - Security - Apple macOS - Security - Apple
Apple Platform Security - Apple Apple Platform Security - Apple Support
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS
