I was using a different Apple ID, and a different Cloud ID. Now, I have lose my Iphone. To access the option of Find my Iphone, I need to access my Cloud ID. I don't remember that but I remember the credentials of Apple ID. Can I recover my Cloud ID with the help of Apply ID?

Nope. Your Apple ID is used to access Find My. See the fourth bullet under “Manage your Apple ID” here.

It sounds like you may have two different Apple IDs - one you’re calling “Apple ID” and a different one you’re calling “[i]Cloud ID”. This would appear to be two different people in the Apple ecosystem.

You have two Apple IDs.
One uses Gmail for hosting, and the other uses iCloud for hosting.
The two Apple IDs are not related.
You have forgotten the password to one of the two Apple IDs, as well as having lost an associated iPhone.

Once (if) you have recovered the password, you can use https://www.icloud.com/find to use Find My, as that does not require two-factor.
Given you have no password and no device, recovery might not be possible. Maybe you have the password saved in the other Apple ID. Or some saved password in that other Apple ID can remind you of the forgotten password. Settings > Passwords has those details, if you have been using Apple Keychain.
Apple ID and iCloud ID are synonymous. Apple uses the term Apple ID for both.
Here when I am using my Apple ID, it says that I can only access the Notes, Numbers with this. To access Find my Iphone. I need to enter my Cloud ID. And I surely remember that both of were different in my Iphone.
