Slack notification issue on M2 MacBook Air

I have done all required settings even then, Slack does not notify me for any notification

And yes, I have gone to System Settings>Notifications>Messages and turn on or off the appropriate buttons; and I have chosen Banners; and I have turned Notifications Off and then On again, to no avail. I have also run Disk Utility.

Try and turn off notifications for slack, and after a few hours turn them back on again. This tends to solve these kind of issues
