How can I stop my husband's calls from showing on my iPhone?

My husband's phone calls show up on my phone. If he misses a call, it shows on my phone as a missed call. He gets lots of phone calls. Does anyone know how to stop this other than getting separate Apple ID’s. Hand off and calls on other devices are both turned off.
