Unable to use/create Gmail Account on my iMac 27

For over a month I have not been able to use my Gmail account in the Mail App. The Yahoo Account works good. I try to recreate my Gmail account in System Preference/Internet Account and select the Google Account and this is what I get.

I pressed the "Request Details" and this is what I get. Google throws it back on Apple!

I contacted Apple Support a week ago and they couldn't figure it out. My iPhone 12 Pro Max works great if I use Firefox I can access both my Gmail and Yahoo Mail Accounts.

I can only use High Sierra OS.

It is just in the Mail App!

Suggestions?
