i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business

There are a couple of reasons why you might not be seeing your broadcast lists in WhatsApp Business anymore. Here's how to diagnose and fix the issue:

Same problem here. I updated WhatsApp Business and NOW the Broadcast List can be find under Settings.

All Broadcast Liste are there!! Try it!

Broadcasts has now moved to SETTINGS tab in the lower right corner

Go to settings, go to Chats, click on Archive all chats.

Go back To Your Chats and it’s there 2 options.

Today I updated WhatsApp Business to version 2.24.8.83. Now you can see the broadcast lists under Settings. All lists are there. Feel free to try it out.

Great, issues should be resolved with WhatsApp.

Go to settings, go to Chats, click on Archive all chats.

Go back To Your Chats and it’s there 2 options.

I found the fix for this problem.

1. Close WhatsApp Business
2. Go to the AppStore and download regular WhatsApp
3. Open Normal WhatsApp
4. Say yes to all prompts and register with the same phone number
5. Every setting, all stared messages etc will be transferred don’t worry
6. after you’ve done that open WhatsApp Business, say yes to all prompts
7. Open WhatsApp Business et voila you have Broadcast Lists again
8. Uninstall regular WhatsApp

so basically download regular whatsapp, open it, transfer all your stuff automatically to it, open WhatsApp Business again and you will have broadcast lists again.

I left mine, waiting for advise on how to resolve. Not sure if there was an auto update, but now Broadcast lists appears under settings. Version is 2.24.8.83

all is good

Just updated the app to the latest version and the Broadcast feature is back, no need to archive the chats first. Phew!

Its in settings now for IOS users😊
