I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But yesterday all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

Noted, I need my catalogue with all my business products listed. Broadcast list is just as vital guess we have to get everyone to join the channel moving forward.
I have the same problem how did you solve this issue
Broadcasts has now moved to SETTINGS tab in the lower right corner

I’ve contacted WhatsApp help which did not resolve any problem with no response via email or with the faq. Not sure of the way forward resolving this glitch.
Hopefully WhatsApp acknowledges the problem and update WhatsApp resolving the glitch.

I was able to find it accidentally after I archived all chats, since both Archived and Broadcast lists were not available.
once you archive all chats you will end up having 2 links Broadcast list and Archived

I found the fix for this problem.
so basically download regular whatsapp, open it, transfer all your stuff automatically to it, open WhatsApp Business again and you will have broadcast lists again.
I think is an IOS issue. Because Android users are not facing this problem
THE SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME!!!
Go to settings, go to Chats, click on Archive all chats.
Go back To Your Chats and it’s there 2 options.
Archived Chats
Broadcast List
Same problem here. I updated WhatsApp Business and NOW the Broadcast List can be find under Settings.
All Broadcast Liste are there!! Try it!
Broadcast lists have been moved under settings tab!

May I know how to switch it to normal whatsapp ?I am already using a normal whatsapp apps on my phone. I own another phone number run it on the same phone via E-sim. Can I sti switch the whatsapp business to normal whatsapp ? I think we can only have 1 whatsapp app on 1 phone right ?
whatsapp biz has not yet correct the glitch it’s been over a week but i was lucky my all groups and broadcast was transferred to normal whatapp and its working fine now..the only disadvantage is that all catalogues have disappeared, so if catalogues are important to u then wait for them to correct the glitch.

This worked for me! Although every time i want to broadcast to my customers i have to archive all my chats and then unarchive them again after. Very annoying, not sure why this option has disappeared from it's usual place. My personal iPhone is on the same version and works fine.
