i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business

I was able to find it accidentally after I archived all chats, since both Archived and Broadcast lists were not available.

once you archive all chats you will end up having 2 links Broadcast list and Archived

THE SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME!!!

Go to settings, go to Chats, click on Archive all chats.

Go back To Your Chats and it’s there 2 options.

TEMPORARY SOLUTION 👌🏽

so I just achieved all my chats , and then I had 2 options , broadcasts and Archived chats.

that’s how I was able to access my broadcast.

this can be a temporary solution as we wait on WhatsApp to resolve this glitch 👍🏾

It just worked for me (here in Rio)!

Since I have many many chats, or for some other reason, when I tried to use the “Archive All Chats” the command didn’t complete and WhatsApp aborted. To overcome that, I individually archived 200+ Chats, tried the “Archive All Chats” and it worked fine. Right after that the chat screen showed “Archived Chats” and “Broadcast List”.

do archive all

Go to chats again you will see two options archived n broadcast lists.

Hello Everyone ,

I am here with solution which I experienced personally . Yesterday I had posted the same issue that WhatsApp Business all of sudden disappear my all broadcast list

after so many try , I am now done with this

Simply you have to do is

take complete whatsapp chat backup from your WhatsApp business and then open WhatsApp Normal and sign in there with the same number you use for WhatsApp business

and then let it complete the restore chat back up and all

then you can just see in right bottom setting after avtar

there is broadcast list

where u will find the same as it is , was on WhatsApp business

now I can use my old broadcast list

This worked for me! Although every time i want to broadcast to my customers i have to archive all my chats and then unarchive them again after. Very annoying, not sure why this option has disappeared from it's usual place. My personal iPhone is on the same version and works fine.

ALWAYS KEEP CHATS IN ARCHIVES

First go to Whatsapp setting & go to HELP.

In HELP CENTER go to serch bar & search BROADCAST.

And Comeback to setting & you will see BROADCAST LISTS.

This work for me.

Same problem happned with me , the solution which works with me is

1. Uninstalled Whats app business
2. Reinstall Whats app Business
3. Open whats app business >> Settings >> Brodcast Lists will be available

Enjoy

Archive all chats and broadcast lists are visible again.

edit: although updating the app did bring back the Broadcast feature, there doesn’t seem to be a away to access my previously saved lists, or to save new ones.
