i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business

This worked for me! Although every time i want to broadcast to my customers i have to archive all my chats and then unarchive them again after. Very annoying, not sure why this option has disappeared from it's usual place. My personal iPhone is on the same version and works fine.

THE SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME!!!

Go to settings, go to Chats, click on Archive all chats.

Go back To Your Chats and it’s there 2 options.

This worked for me too.. so far u can use this way first until they update their WhatsApp in the future 🙏🏼🙏🏼

When you did this, could you pull down the list and go to your broadcast lists, like before?

It didn’t work and all my chats been archived, now I need to know how to unarchived in one time…

Did not work for iPhone. Still no Broadcast lists anywhere on my WhatsApp Business

I have the same issue the broadcast list has disappeared. So what is the best solution if someone can please help me as I cannot interact with all my customers

Today I updated WhatsApp Business to version 2.24.8.83. Now you can see the broadcast lists under Settings. All lists are there. Feel free to try it out.

THE SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME!!!

First go to Whatsapp setting & go to HELP.

In HELP CENTER go to serch bar & search BROADCAST.

And Comeback to setting & you will see BROADCAST LISTS.

This work for me.

Great, issues should be resolved with WhatsApp.

BROADCAST LIST NOW IN THE SETTINGS TAB.

Finally resolved.

Go to setting and check there Broadcasts List.
