i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business

i too lost my broadcast lists on whatsapp business last weekend, so i switched to normal whatsapp and it now works, but make sure you back up your chat and contacts

SOLUTION: I switched from Whatsapp Business to Regular WhatsApp. All my broadcast lists and messages were imported. When logging in the first time, note that Broadcasts has now moved to SETTINGS tab in the lower right corner.

I backed up all lists to non-whatapp storage as it may alao be removed here in future. My leesonal suspicion is that they are planning to have Channels take over Broadcast.

Those all sound like great questions for WhatsApp support.

whatsapp biz has not yet correct the glitch it’s been over a week but i was lucky my all groups and broadcast was transferred to normal whatapp and its working fine now..the only disadvantage is that all catalogues have disappeared, so if catalogues are important to u then wait for them to correct the glitch.

Hi shadab, this worked for me thanks. When I switched to WhatsApp normal my broadcast lists were in the settings bar. If you switch to WhatsApp normal you will lose all your business stuff eg catalogue so just to warn people. Have you tried going back to WhatsApp business again and if so did you find your broadcast list in there ?

Finally, broadcast list re-appeared by the setting button as 3rd choice (same position as by normal WhatsApp). Unfortunately though, after so many reinstalls, archive etc., everything has gone and must re-find everything. Good job WhatsApp 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

It has been fixed now. I can now see my broadcast list above the starred messages just similar to the normal WhatsApp settings. You don’t have to achieve all your message and go through much stress. Just hold on till WhatsApp iOS update the app themselves.

Because Androids use a different app than iOS. WhatsApp/Meta needs to fix the iOS version. The Android OS version apparently works.

Facing the same issue but this is not on all devices. I’m facing it on a 13 Pro Max, but my 13 Pro still has broadcast lists. Both on the latest version of the app

SOLVED, switched to whatsapp not business. Now broadcasts are in “settings” (i think meta will no longer keep them)
