I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But yesterday all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

I’ve contacted WhatsApp help which did not resolve any problem with no response via email or with the faq. Not sure of the way forward resolving this glitch.

Hopefully WhatsApp acknowledges the problem and update WhatsApp resolving the glitch.

I am from India and I have the same issue. I have taken it up on twitter also and constantly emailing whatsapp support but to no avail. I have 2 sim cards in my iphone so cant use 2 normal whatsapp like people on android do, so i have to use whatsapp business, but without broadcast lists i cant connect with my customers which was a very important feature for me.

Very Frustrating this is ! on email all they are saying is give feedback , give feedback, without solving my query how can they ask for feedback.

May I know how to switch it to normal whatsapp ?I am already using a normal whatsapp apps on my phone. I own another phone number run it on the same phone via E-sim. Can I sti switch the whatsapp business to normal whatsapp ? I think we can only have 1 whatsapp app on 1 phone right ?

The iOS version of WhatsApp and the Android version are two different pieces of software. But they are both written by WhatsApp/Meta. So, no, it's not an iOS problem, it's a WhatsApp problem.

Same is happening to me but I don't want to switch to regular whatsapp as I use the business whatsapp features, also I have both whatsapp versions on the same phone with different sim cards as they are used for both personal and business. Can I get my broadcast lists on whatsapp business again? Is it a glitch or will they be removing the broadcast lists permanently? :/

Any solution? My broadcast lists have disappeared too. There is no option to create a new one.

I have written to WhatsApp support/ help and they are useless.

It happened 3 days back. I have offloaded the app, deleted, reinstalled, switched to WhatsApp Messenger, turned off wi fi and turned it on, switched off mobile and turned it on- Nothing seemed to help

Any solution please
