I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But yesterday all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

THE SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME!!!
Go to settings, go to Chats, click on Archive all chats.
Go back To Your Chats and it’s there 2 options.
Archived Chats
Broadcast List

I am facing the same problem too. My colleague's Android Whatsapp Business still have the broadcast feature though. Could it be something that IOS is restricting on Whatsapp?

I left mine, waiting for advise on how to resolve. Not sure if there was an auto update, but now Broadcast lists appears under settings. Version is 2.24.8.83

Go to settings and it’s there, just above Starred Messages
