i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business

I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But yesterday all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

It happened with me as well , went back to basic WhatsApp it’s better than the business WhatsApp and all my broadcast list are back

but not on top of the screen , in the settings reviling

Thank you for sharing! this worked for me too! I was able to find the broadcast lists this way. Tried unarchiving some of my chats I like keeping unarchivde and broadcast lists will go missing again. It's insane! Who would want to archive everything just to use your broadcast lists every time? Hope they'll fix it soon. Thank you for sharing! I really needed to reach out clients with them! Greatly appreciated!

I am afraid to do so because i just notice that i also don’t have the “archive” bar at the upper part of the chats, so i archived 1 chat, and couldn’t unarchive it until I received a message from that contact. So weird. Any idea what to do?

No nothing, btw in the meantime I started to unarchive one by one my messages and after 20-30 minutes (phone calls etc.), all chats came to normal, but the broadcast list problem still remains 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

am not sure this will work cos even if you archive all your chat and go back the only thing u will find it hits New contact and New groups no Broadcast list. It very frustrating whatsapp needs to bring back Broadcast!!! Or will switch to the other competing apps

I tried the suggestion of Chat Archived- it did not work

Is there any where we can call a help line of "WA"- even the Help in WA business shows "broadcast" formatting but doesn't work ,

It's available on all Android Phones.

Is WA upset with Appel?

Still no word from @Whatsapp, when this will be fixed or even if its coming back. Ive lost so much from broadcast, to catalogue and cant see any of my archived chats

They need to let us know what going on?!

If download regular WhatsApp and transfer all stuff there then reopen the WhatsApp business, will I lost the information on quick replies & labels since normal WhatsApp doesn’t have this 2 functions

Same here, I have 2 full groups for buisness and I can’t see both now . If I switch to WhatsApp I am worried I will lose the broadcast group . Should we wait for the glitch to pass ?
