i cannot see my broadcast list on whatsapp business

Go to the setting and check there broadcasts list, you will find there

Just go to WhatsApp ‘settings’ and you will find it on top of list.

I archived all messages, I still don’t see my broadcast list, and I have no idea how to undo all my chats which have been archived

I have been using WhatsApp Business for a long time and had created broadcast lists to communicate with my customers. But

before 2 dyas all of a sudden i cannot see the broadcast list option on my main screen and it just disappeared. Can anyone help me to retierve my broadcast list ?

The iOS version of WhatsApp and the Android version are two different pieces of software. But they are both written by WhatsApp/Meta. So, no, it's not an iOS problem, it's a WhatsApp problem.

Same is happening to me but I don't want to switch to regular whatsapp as I use the business whatsapp features, also I have both whatsapp versions on the same phone with different sim cards as they are used for both personal and business. Can I get my broadcast lists on whatsapp business again? Is it a glitch or will they be removing the broadcast lists permanently? :/

I am here with solution which I experienced personally . Yesterday I had posted the same issue that WhatsApp Business all of sudden disappear my all broadcast list

after so many try , I am now done with this

Simply you have to do is

take complete whatsapp chat backup from your WhatsApp business and then open WhatsApp Normal and sign in there with the same number you use for WhatsApp business

and then let it complete the restore chat back up and all

then you can just see in right bottom setting after avtar

there is broadcast list

where u will find the same as it is , was on WhatsApp business

now I can use my old broadcast list

Any solution? My broadcast lists have disappeared too. There is no option to create a new one.

I have written to WhatsApp support/ help and they are useless.

It happened 3 days back. I have offloaded the app, deleted, reinstalled, switched to WhatsApp Messenger, turned off wi fi and turned it on, switched off mobile and turned it on- Nothing seemed to help
