Cannot create reminder in iphone using repeat option

when creating a reminder in iphone using repeat option in reminder app then it shows for some time repeating frequency example month or year but it doesn't show any repeated reminder in main page of reminder app. Please help me with that

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 17

You would see only one instance of a recurring reminder in the reminder list. Once you complete the reminder, another one will be created automatically for the date of the recurrence.
