I just got an iMac M3 and i’ve been trying so long to figure out how to check it’s battery percentage because i want to know whether the battery is full or not.

iMacs only have a small lithium coin cell PRAM clock battery. I'm not aware of any way (or need to) check its battery percentage.
Are you possibly asking about checking the battery levels of the mouse or keyboard? if so, click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar or go to Apple menu > System Settings > Bluetooth.

No and it's nothing at all to be concerned about UNLESS you shut down the computer for 6 months or longer, in that case there PRAM battery could go dead. You would know as it will not boot up. In over 20 years of owning Macs I have NEVER had a PRAM battery fail.
