How to transfer and/or backup voice memos in Sonoma without iTunes

Most tips I read discuss using iTunes. Of course this is no longer an app on my MBP in Sonoma. What are my options to transfer these files to my MBP? I use this app all the time for song ideas, and would like those to also live on my MBP. thanks

You could sync the voice memos between the iPhone and the Mac using iCloud. On both devices, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All and activate "Voice Memos."

Otherwise you could use AirDrop to transfer a voice memo from the iPhone to the Mac.
