The APFS volume titled "SanDisk G-Drive 1" is displaying an unexpected naming issue. When checking its information, the name and extension section incorrectly reads "SanDisk G-Drive 1 1". Similarly, the volume's mount point in Disk Utility appears as "/Volumes/SanDisk G-Drive 1 1". It seems there's an additional "1" appended after the intended name. I aim to remove everything following the second occurrence of "1".

Hi Niel, it works now. Just by removed drive's name to (bin) from the "Volumes" go to disk utility to unmount then mount again. problem solved.

Press the Eject button for it in the Finder's sidebar or elsewhere, choose Go to Folder from the Finder's Go menu, provide /Volumes/ as the path, and move anything inside with that drive's name to the desktop.

Still appearing despite following the steps. I've also tried unplugging the external hard drive, plugging it back in, and checking Command-I to verify if the name still appears.
