Hacking into IPad 10th generation 64GB

Using IPad last night transferring old e mails into files on the Cloud, while I scrolled down the emails quickly the machine suddenly moved up and down….ex 2021 then showed 2010 ….I was scrolling rapidly. Why did this happen…..have I been hacked.

Also on my I Phone 14, while looking at emails things popped up on my screen which made me think I had been hacked.

can I Pad and I phone be hacked easily?
