Im trying to download all of the updates I missed. (Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma) I started with Monterey. It downloaded the installer. I launched it up, after finishing downloading, it restarted the MacBook and after it opened, nothing changed. It even said "WELCOME TO BIG SUR". I am using MacBook Pro 13-inch 2016.

Monterey is the highest a 2016 MBP can do.
In Disk Utility>View, select Show all Devices, highlight the top left entry.
Run Disk First Aid on all items in the left panel, from top down.
Run the Installer again & expect it to restart upto 7 times on it's own.

Start up from macOS Recovery
Option-⌘-R
Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.

Upgrade to the latest macOS compatible with your Mac.
Another thing you can try is to start the Mac in safe mode and install macOS Monterey. After the update, the Mac will restart automatically in normal mode.
No changes after updating to Monterey
