I have a 2019 MacBook Pro. Recently I've started getting a warning message that the keyboard battery is low. I have never used an external keyboard on this unit and don't use an external mouse. I just use the laptop. What is causing this error and how can it be resolved?

Turn Bluetooth Off:
View your Bluetooth devices, and see if anything look unfamiliar. Also, disable Bluetooth. Turn Bluetooth on or off on Mac - Apple Support
