MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 No Low Battery Warning

Since I upgraded to this version of Ventura - the low battery warning on my MacBook Air has stopped working - and my laptop just dies. It has happened a few times when I am working on battery and busy. I have looked in the battery settings, but there is no option to turn the warning on or off. I have seen some earlier questions on this topic on this community but there didn't seem to be a resolution. Just wondering if there was an update please?

Hello @ alexandrafromsouthampton

If this is an Intel based computer from 2020, 2019, 2018

Suggest doing an SMC Reset

Do this 3x consecutively

If this is am Apple Silicon based computer - this does Not Apply as it does not have an SMC Controller

About this Mac will offer the information regarding Intel or Apple Silicon CPU

In the System Report and scroll to Battery.

Is there a message in there about Service this Battery.

If the battery is not providing reliable power - it may crap out with " No Warning Message "

To truly determine the health of the battery

A - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

B - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar or call 1 800 MyApple and have them evaluate the computer

Hello P.Phillips thank you for responding.

The Battery is fine - I have already checked that in System Information.

It is fully charged and no health issues.

Number of full battery cycles = 116.

The battery is working fine.

The problem is when it dies there is no warning - and there used to be before I upgraded to Ventura.

That is my question.
