My MacBook Pro 2019 is experiencing issues with the battery life. I have done a diagnostic and received this report. I am hoping to receive some answers on how I can resolve these issues. thank you.

I don't see no complaints about batteries in your report.
But you need to buy some more drives. You are critically low on Boot Drive disk space, and need to add another drive to move some files off the boot drive.
You don't seem to have a backup, and need a drive to store a second copy of your files on, and enable the Built-in Time machine.
your ssd drives are slow, which generally is due to not enabling TRIM in Terminal:
sudo trimforce enable
it will demand your Admin password, which will not be echoed. Then it will read you the Riot Act about possible data loss. (none has been reported). Then it will change the setting and do a programmed Restart to enable the new setting.
To get back top speed for your third-party SSD drives, run disk utility repair disk on each drive.
