The Wallet app disappeared
Wallet app is gone & tried to reinstall but says there restrictions, etc., and will not go any further. Have looked thru settings to find what is blocking it, but can’t find anything.

Restrictions likely means you have Screen Time turned on, which can prevent purchases. Open Settings App. Tap Screen Time. Tap Privacy & Content Restrictions. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases - Make sure all are marked Allow
