Broken MacBook Key

The key to my new MacBook broke suddenly. I woke up one day and went to get my MacBook when the uo arrow key feel out. The MacBook had received no harsh handling or dropping. The up arrow key feel out and the button under the key won't click. I believe the key just stopped working so it just popped out but, I don't know how it happened. I tried to click the up arrow key back in but, the key fell out again. Every other key works fine and hasn't popped out yet and more (hopefully) don't pop out.

Perhaps this is a faulty device?

Fixing a Loose Key:

Do you have AppleCare+ on your Mac? Is this less than one year old? Apple gives one-year out-of-the-box limmited-warranty with their Macs(where applicable by law). So, if covered, take it in for a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. There, it will be diagnosed, and you'll be provided with your options.
