Logitech Keyboard Showing Low Percentage

Hi, I just replaced my keyboard batteries for my Logitech slim folio device for the 10th Gen IPad but even after inserting new batteries, it flashes red and on the taskbar, it shows a 10% warning. Is there a way to fix it?

A hard re-set often solves the problem (pressing power button and home button simultaneously until the iPad re-boots). Sometimes 'Hardware Keyboard' disappears and reappears at different times during the day. How can I report this to Apple? I had a perfectly functioning iPad and smart keyboard before this upgrade. The issue is not the keyboard itself.

IPad Pro 12.9 M1 magic keyboard gen 2. Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if the battery drain issue with the magic keyboard has been fixed since the keyboard was released. I know when it first came out it was draining the iPad battery very fast. im thinking of getting a gen2 for my iPad Pro 12.9 m1 but if it drains the iPad battery so much then I think I will not bother with one, any thoughts or info? thank you

Have you contacted Logitech Support about this issue? If so what did they tell you?

If this slim folio was working properly before with the previous set of batteries, is it possible that one or more of the replacement batteries is defective or already depleted? That is, did you check them all with a battery checker before installing them?
