Homepod personal request not working

I can’t setup personal siri request on the family homepod via the home app. I’ve enabled hey siri, location, and im even admin. Just not owner,

the setup popup appears everytime I open the home app

Homepod's Siri not responding Hello, My partner and I have a HomePod in our home office and have been using it for over a year now. However, two weeks or so ago, Siri stopped responding to my partner's commands. It works perfectly for me. The Homepod is linked to my apple account, but he has admin rights in the Home app. I have already reset the HomePod two times, and, one time, it worked again for his voice, but after a few minutes, it stopped working again. We have a family Apple Music account. Do you think this issue has something to do with the new subscription? I don't know if it's related, but I have upgraded his iPhone to the latest iOS and enabled "Hey, Siri" on his phone, even though he has never used Siri on his phone, and it never caused an issue with the HomePod before.

HomePod and iPad I can’t get Siri to answer personal requests on HomePod mini with my iPad. I don’t have an iPhone and that makes her answer that my iPhone is not nearby…make sure it’s powered on etc. I turned on requests but no joy. It will not work unless you have a phone. It let me set it up with the iPad, why won’t it let me get personal requests with it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Using Personalized Requests Ever since the last major update for the HomePod, I've been unable to use any personal requests. It just replies and says it does not know who is speaking. I'm the only person in my Home, have Personalized Requests on and and Require Authentication off. My phone and HomePod are on iOS 13.3. I've tried resetting the HomePod and setting it up as new as well as just turning personal requests off and back on but no luck. Any suggestions are appreciated.
