Missing 'On My Mac' emails after transfer of Mail file to another computer

I am planning to do a clean install of Ventura onto my MacBook M1. In preparation I am doing a trial transfer of Mail to another MacBook Air M2. After all emails loaded from email Servers and directing Mail to Import from the Transferred Mail file as well as the Mail Preferences & Keychain files transferred from exiting to new install, I am missing the On My Mac folders and emails display. File Mail - V10 was transferred at 32Gb, but the file on the new install after installation is now showing approx 6Gb

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.1

Go to the old computer, and select Go menu -> Go To Folder and insert:

~/Library/

And Open. In the ~/Library should be at least a Mail if not Mail Downloads folder. Both may need to be copied to a Mac formatted flash or hard drive, and brought over to the new computer.

In Mail on the new computer once you have mounted the drive in question that carried the Mail folder, use the Import Mailboxes function in Mail's menu to import that mail.
