If your account has been compromised:

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Don't provide personal information on a public website, that is a sure way to have your account compromised. Anyone can view the information you have provided in this post and thankfully it has been edited by a Moderator. Here are some basic rules to follow to keep your information secure:

  • Never provide your Password to anyone
  • Never sign in another Apple ID into your device
  • Be aware of the many phishing scams that attempt to get your information.

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

  • Don't trust links clicked in Emails or Messages
  • Only use your credit card number on well known company sites. Don't trust sites you have never heard of just because you may be able to buy something cheaper.

I need help, I'm asking an Apple employee to contact me. They stole my iCloud Apple ID to the e-mail address d***@mail.ru, that is, they changed my phone numbers and password. Now I have iCloud on my iPhone, but because they changed the password. I can't do anything, I can't even write to support, I need apple help, is there anyone? I believe in Apple, show me yourself!!!

Do not to post your email address on a public forum. That is the first step in receiving a phishing email/message. Think about it, anyone can now email or message you and claim they are from Apple and that they need your personal information to help you. That is how your account becomes compromised.

Read the link I already provided about a compromised account and the steps to take to gain access to your account. Note that step 2 gives you 3 ways to reset your Apple ID Password. Also note that they have a special section if you cannot reset your password.
