Imei number incorrect model

I’ve had my iPhone SE 3rd 128gb for 2 years, about to upgrade and was going to trade this in, but when I put in my imei number it says my phone is an iPhone SE 32gb which is incorrect. My phone settings confirm it is 128gb and the model number confirms it’s an iPhone SE 3rd gen 128gb. How can this be? It means I can’t trade it in and it’s saying it’s not worth anything when it should be.

IMEI shows invalid I purchased iPhone 6 in 2015 from Pensacola Apple store . Now need to get the battery replaced . Approached Apple center , and they said IMEI is invalid . Now am stuck . Can you suggest what to do ?

Use your iPhone serial number, not the IMEI.
