How do I access digital booklet with Apple Music purchase?

I bought an album with a digital booklet from the iTunes Store. The digital booklet shows as a separate purchase but will not open. I keep getting a message saying there was a problem downloading. I went to Music files storage and the booklet is listed there but still won't open. When I've bought albums with booklets previously they have opened as a .pdf file. How do I access this purchase?
