How can I change the auto-lock time frame on my iPhone 14?

I cannot stand the fact that my phone turns off every two seconds. I have “never” selected, for auto- lock..

(although I’d rather it be 4 to 5 minutes) but I’d rather have it on

never lock then have to unlock it if I look away for one second.

my Issue is when I go to require passcode: the only option offered to me is immediately. Can anyone help with this? I have a 14 if that helps! Thanks so much
