How do I remove unknown devices attached to my Apple id

Yes I have two unknown devices attached to my Apple ID and I don’t know how to remove them

Settings > [your Apple ID] > [the device] > Remove From Account

How do I delete device's that are listed as a device for me below these postings? Simple. It lists old iPhone and old MacPro as "topics or device." They are no longer in use. These devices are in the garage gathering dust and destined for electronic waste. But they still come up as default selections even though I have entered the new equipment.
