How do I enable a phone keypad on my iPad?
i tried calling my cousin but was originally going to call someone else so I found a keypad feature but it was disabled, Proof:

You cannot enable the Keypad.
The iPad cannot dial phone numbers directly. It can only male Facetime calls to existing contacts.
There is no use for a phone keypad on an iPad.
