I just bought my phone yesterday. I am always really carefull with my phone so I don’t know how it happend. Today I got my camera dirty with my fingertips and saw a few scratches, but when I cleaned it with cloth nothing was visible. Any idea why?

If, after cleaning with the lens cover with a cloth and what you thought were scratches disappeared, then you didn't scratch the lens cover. If you don't have a case on your phone however, which typically has a raised area around the camera bump, you are taking a risk of possible damage in the future.
I can't imagine why you are touching your finger to the lens cover on your iPhone. Clean it with a soft cloth and DON'T Touch it again.
I cleand it with cloth and it wasn’t visible, but whenever there’s fingertips it looks scratched.
Just bought lens protector and better case. I am always trying to be carefull with my phones.
