Is it normal to have tiny points or scratches inside the camera lens on a new iPhone 16 Pro Max?
I just bought a new iPhone 16 Pro Max and noticed something unusual inside the left camera lens. I’ve added pictures below so you can see what I mean.
There’s a tiny point that looks like it’s inside the lens not on the surface. It’s always in the same place and doesn’t move. When I look at it under light or sunlight, it glows or reflects a bit, so it doesn’t seem like dust, maybe a small scratch or speck under the glass.
There’s also a second, even smaller point next to it. Both are tiny, but once you see them, you can’t unsee them.
They don’t seem to affect photos, but I’m concerned since it’s a new phone.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this considered normal?
