New Iphone13 - stains on the camera lens

I bought a new iPhone 13. When I took it from the packaging I saw two white dots on the lens (please see enclosed picture).

If you look at the picture, you can see that the dots are very symmetrical like icon. How is this possible??? !!

I'm a long-term user ofIphone. It was disappointment for me. I took Iphone back to the shop (Gürgençler-İst Marina) and they have said; "we need to check the device and we'll give you an answer in two weeks about the these problem" Well, I think this is not a good progress timing for "Apple" just for an answer.

I need your technical answer for the causes of this defect. And I'd like to replace my device with a new one.

This is a user forum. You are not talking to Apple.

If you bought the device directly from Apple, you have 14 days to return it.

If you purchased it from another retailer, contact them to find out what their return policy is.

Is it a new iPhone or refurbished? Do you have a 14 days cooling off period to return it?

Guess what !! Distributor company informed me that Apple did not accept this faulty device !! . I have been waiting just for an answer and for one week and there is nothing. They did not even change to device with the new one!!

Can somebody share an advice about these white dots ??!! and how can such smooth spots be user mistake?

I bought the device offical distributor name of Gürgençler-İst Marina in last tuesday.

they feedback that AppleTr does not accept this faulty because this kind of problem is normal. If this faulty does not causes a software problem you can use it.

you think this points are normal for a new device ? All I wanted to know.
