Sharing playlists from iPad to iPhone

The playlists on my iPad are perfect (created in iTunes). But almost everything disappeared from my iPhone when I temporarily subscribed to Apple Music. I have since unsubscribed and 80% of my paid-for songs are still not on my iPhone and my personally organized playlists are gone. What are the STEPS to put my iPad playlists on my iPhone?

Iphone playlist hope someone here can help me to take a decision. for years and years i have been buying music on my iPhone using Itunes Store and making my own playlist. I have Icloud where i can see all song a bought but i cannot see my playlists so if I'm using another device my my playlist is not there. Playlists Missing from iPhone I recently just got a new phone (8+) and transferred all my data to it, however some playlists I have on itunes desktop aren't syncing to my phone (I have cloud music library turned on & I have apple music). Not sure how to force my phone to sync with itunes playlists as they should be there automatically.

Playlists missing Have Music Subscription with 'My Library' loaded on iPhone. Missing most Playlists from My Library on iPhone. They appear on Mac>Music, and HomeSharing , but not in iPhone>My Library>Playlists? How do I fix this?
