AM I SIGNED UP FOR APPLE TV,AND IF SO WHAT DATE EXACTLY DID I SIGN UP???

Check here: See your subscriptions overview - Apple. All your active subscriptions on this Apple ID account, that have payment through Apple, will be listed there.

Signing up is not automatic. I would assume that you know what services you signed up for, as it requires deliberate action.

Immediately after signing up, you would get a confirmation email with all the details, including start date. Users should not delete that email message, but keep it for administrative archiving purposes.
