Logic Pro Playhead Blinking and Pausing

Hello.

When I start the playback, the play head and flashes 2-3 times for exactly one beat of time total, then starts playing. The issue this creates is that the melodyne on my vocal tracks still starts when I press play, so the vocals are all 1 beat ahead of all the tracks without melodyne. I've tried turning off other plug ins, I've played with the buffering size, and my CPU levels are around 25%. Moving the vocals within melodyne does solve the issue, but I'd like to fix the root problem. Before this issue, when I started the playback, the playhead would jump about 3 beats earlier, but the melodyne would follow. The blinking playhead issue has replaced the 3 beat predelay issue, though I didn't intentionally do anything to change it.

I'm running Logic 10.7.9 on a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro running Monterey.
