Why doesn't one song work no matter what I do?

In my project, one song will not have any volume. Every other song or sound effect I import works. I tried creating an entire new library and bringing the song into the new project in the new library and it still won't work. I deleted the song from my iTunes library and redownloaded it from Epidemic Sound and it still won't work. When I go to import it, the preview in final cut has volume but once it's imported into the library, it stops having sound. Please help!
