Split Screen Doesn't work for me I am not able to use split screen on my MacBook. I open the first page and hover over the top left to tile window to the left. Then I am supposed to open another window on the right, but the screen says no window available. Doesn't make sense.

How to enable split screen on my MacBook Air My airbook is less than 2years old running the latest OS. Currently I’m unable get the Split screen view to work. Not sure if it has ever worked. I’ve been to “Desktop & Dock” to make sure that “Displays have different spaces” is checked. This is about as far as my knowledge will take me. So, what's the app? Not all apps permit Split View.

Go Here: Use Two Mac Apps Side by Side in Split View - Apple Support. Report back if that does the trick.
